Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, customers must contact Matra Ventures Customer Support at 9115799007. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer want the product. However, you may be eligible for store credit or an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at matraventures@gmail.com.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
